Top 5 Maps and Navigation Apps on Unified Platform in Angola Q1 2024

The first quarter of 2024 saw varied performances from the top 5 Maps and Navigation applications on a unified platform in Angola, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Garmin ActiveCaptain® showed a notable increase in its weekly revenue, starting from $20 in the first week of March and peaking at $36 in mid-March. However, its download numbers remained minimal, with only 3 downloads recorded in the second week of January.

Gaia GPS: Offroad Hiking Maps experienced an impressive surge in revenue during the second and third weeks of February, reaching $56 and $49 respectively, before stabilizing at around $1 for the rest of the quarter. Downloads saw a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter, with 10 downloads in the final week of March.

Navionics® Boating had a moderate increase in revenue during March, peaking at $12 in the first week and maintaining a steady flow of $4 to $11 in subsequent weeks. However, the app did not see any significant download activity throughout the quarter.
